A Lot Of Catching Up

So I've gotten way behind on this blog. Finding an internet connection and having the website work at the same time is almost impossible. We did go to London on Thanksgiving didn't get any pictures of the church didn't think it would be very proper taking pictures during a service. We made it to see Big Ben, the London Eye, (looks quite scary), and the aquarium. All three were amazing. I do have some pictures. That really took up a majority of our day. Paige was excited all the way there and glad to finally see Big Ben. We got our household goods on the 2nd of Dec just in time to get the tree up and start the unpacking process (still going). A few things were damaged just waiting to hear on them. The kids took pics in front of the tree with Clay Riley in a suit no coat, but adorable nonetheless. Paige is doing her trademark smile with the head tilt. Gotta love them. We have really settled into our house have gone to the movies and some restraunts close by. Tomorrow we are off to go ice skating. We got our presents sent back home in plenty of time and are anxious to see everyones face when they open them. Paige also had a Christmas play, but it takes forever to download the videos. I'll try to post them on facebook. I did make some butter crunch not quite the same they didn't have almond bark here. I had to use chocolate chips instead. Most everything for Christmas is here still looking for a box from the family and Paige's gift from mom and dad. Thank you to Doug and Janice for the wonderful Christmas card and the present. It was lovely. Heather you've got your hands full with that little cutie she is precious. We really really wanted to be home for Christmas, but.... things didn't work out that way. I've had a few moments, but am really looking forward to being with the kids and holdin them tight. LOVE YOU ALL!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!

  1. I'm glad to see an update. It sounds like you are doing well and I'm sure Paige is a big help. I wish you could be here for Christmas, too.... but we'll all be thinking of you.

    Love you,
    Patty

  2. I'm so glad you are sharing so many wonderful experiences of Paige & Clay Riley! Brings back many exhilarating memories our Family had in England. I enjoy listening to your voice message often. Hanging on to your money for a good time later is a great idea! Clay Riley will be a good "griller" and you know American Girl was Grandma's favorite for her grand girls!!!! Thanks, Merry Christmas and lots of Love & fleas to My Kids in Merry Ole England!
